Write to info@mutelocus.online. Your message goes to a mailbox held with our email service provider, which may store it outside Australia, and it is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim.

A subject line that says what the message is about gets a faster reply. Three in particular:

• "Correction" — if something in the course is wrong or out of date. Say which page and which paragraph if you can.
• "Privacy request" — to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to ask for a correction. There is no charge to ask, and we reply within 30 days. The Privacy Policy explains the process.
• "Complaint" — if you think we have mishandled your information. We answer within 30 days; if you are not satisfied, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

What we cannot help with

We are not the publisher of any game and we have no access to anybody's game account. We cannot recover a password, restore a closed account, refund a purchase, or pass a message to a game publisher. Those requests have to go to the publisher's own support channel, which you reach from their site.

We also do not give legal, financial or health advice, and we cannot tell you anything about the state of your computer. The course points to Australian regulators for the questions that belong to them.

Post reaches us at the registered address, but email is considerably faster. There is no telephone number for this site and no chat service; neither would be answered.
