Who these terms are between

mutelocus.online is published by Haubergson Invest s.r.o., Litevská 1174/8, Vršovice, 100 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, company registration 02059312. Reading the site means these terms apply between you and that company. If you do not accept them, the remedy is simply to close the page; nothing on this site requires you to agree to anything in order to read it.

Unit 11-2
What the course is

The five-step course is general information for adults in Australia who are considering opening an account with an online desktop game. It is written to be useful, not to be authoritative. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, health or security advice — and reading it does not create any professional relationship between you and us.

It is not accredited training. There is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification, and nothing here is recognised by any educational or industry body. The checklists are prompts for your own decisions and nothing more.

Unit 11-3
Product details change

Games, their prices, their system requirements, their terms of service and their classifications all change, sometimes without notice. Anything the course says about a particular product is a description of what a published source said at the time of review, not a continuing promise about the present. Before you register for or buy anything, check the current position with the vendor. Where the course says a vendor does not state something, that is exactly what it means: we have not been told, and we have not guessed.

This site links to websites run by other organisations, including Australian government bodies and one paid affiliate link described on our Affiliate Disclosure page. Those sites are outside our control. We do not operate them, cannot vouch for their content and are not responsible for what they do with your information. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement, and following one puts you under that site's own terms.

Copyright and brand names

The text, layout and code of this site belong to Haubergson Invest s.r.o. You are welcome to print the checklists for your own use or to copy short passages with attribution. All brand names on Mutelocus, World of Tanks among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Mutelocus, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the course accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or suited to your circumstances, and decisions you make after reading it are yours. To the extent the law allows, Haubergson Invest s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from use of this site.

That limit goes only as far as Australian law permits and no further. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where a non-excludable guarantee applies and the law allows us to limit our liability for breaching it, our liability is limited to supplying the relevant services again. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission publishes what those consumer guarantees are.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and using the site after that date means the current version applies to you.

Unit 11-8
Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where Haubergson Invest s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. This does not displace the protections Australian law gives you as a consumer, and it does not prevent you from bringing a matter in Australia where Australian law gives you that right.
